There are no pros that I can think of.
Too much politics in the team. Managers and team leads work like 24/7 and expect others to do the same. There is no empathy, sympathy, or support for team members who are going through special circumstances in life, like taking care of old parents, pregnancy, or being a new mother.

Questions on graphs and other topics were covered over four rounds. It was not that hard, but DSA practice is needed to clear it. The design round was mostly based on my experience, so if you have done design work, you can do it easily.
