Phone interview followed by five back-to-back on-site interviews with the Universal Store team in Redmond, WA. Very professional arrangements were made for my on-site interview, and the results were communicated the very next day.

The process was decent, and the recruiter was cooperative enough to accommodate dates and changes. The offer was non-negotiable and decent, not downplayed for L60. I interviewed with the same team that hired me.

Converted from intern, offered job after good performance. Was an enjoyable experience; flew out to Seattle and was housed in a hotel for two nights.
