Microsoft has always been my dream job. Thankfully, working there has been just as I expected.
There is a lot of work, but the deadlines are not crazy. Everyone I work with is super nice and willing to help if I get stuck on something.
Also, the overall work-life balance is great, and the perks are great.
Pay is not as great as some other places; however, it more than makes up for that in the great company culture.
