It is effectively a conglomeration of many small companies around the world and enables you to work in very diverse fields and locations.
You have to be comfortable working in a large company. Large companies have a set of constraints, like backward compatibility and legal challenges, that smaller, newer companies do not.
Stay agile and nimble. Think outside the traditional Microsoft box. Question everything. Seek to create new disruptive technology. Don't be ruled by Wall Street.

It was a good, crisp, and to-the-chase interview. It consisted of 3 rounds, back-to-back, 45 minutes each. Round 1: OOPS Round 2: LLD Round 3: DSA coding round.
