A good company
They are providing a good salary and a very comfortable working environment. The office provides a lot of facilities, and the food nearby tastes good.
It is not a good place to learn and not suitable for graduates or less experienced starters. There are not a lot of chances to touch the major technologies.
Most managers are pretty friendly, but some of them are not working efficiently. You know, portable devices are a big threat to MS, so they need to work harder.
