- The workload can be intense, depending on your team.
- Pay is not competitive compared to other big tech.
- Way too many levels slow down the promo process for excellent performers.
Bing, please push people to stop emailing/messaging past 6. And stop pushing tight deadlines on projects that leads to poor quality management. Focus more on better documentation and improving technologies.
Microsoft, bump our pay to be more competitive with other big tech, or at least give us free food.
