Many career opportunities inside the company. Compensation is on-par with industry. Campus/buildings are comfortable. Lots of new and exciting products. Established company with a good track record.
Moving between teams is not an easy task.
Overall experience is highly dependent on your manager.
Perks are outdated in comparison with the industry.
Many managers are there for career progression but are not good with people and don't enjoy the role.
- Work/life balance is more than a buzzword.
- If you don't like to manage people, don't accept the role.
