One of the best CEOs in the tech industry – the company is moving forward. Easy to move between product lines after working for a couple of months.
Easy to feel growth stagnating after multiple releases on the same team.
Transparency with upper management could be better.
Have more one-on-ones with your employees, not just at the direct manager level.
Take feedback about peers/managers more seriously, after considering several people's opinions.
