Everything in Microsoft is a pro.
Nothing in Microsoft is a con.
Good experience throughout the interview and a positive experience. The interview process involved: * A recruiter call * Two technical rounds * An onsite loop focused on coding, system design, and problem-solving using real-world scenarios.
The process consisted of 3 technical rounds after clearing the OA. The OA consisted of medium to hard story-based questions. Not all round interviewers asked to run the code, and the last one just asked for the approach.
The interview was nice. The interviewers were kind and helpful. Questions about arrays and linked lists were asked, and I answered them all. It was a very helpful and jovial conversation.
