The work culture is horrible, especially in the Azure team.
The HR and finance teams are outsourced with no check on them. So, if you have any issue with your salary, reimbursement, or HR, your queries won't get resolved for months, with no one to complain to.
The salaries are much below industry standard, with little increments leading to brain drain.
Most talented staff from India have either quit or moved to the US.
The senior management in India is full of people who do nothing and create a toxic culture for the teams under them.
Won't get to learn anything as a fresher.
Have a proper team to handle employees' concerns instead of outsourcing it to random companies that don't respond to employees.
Create a more engaging working environment; otherwise, brain drain will continue. The company won't be able to attract talent solely on its brand name.
