Pay is great. Vacation depends on your manager, since it's not guaranteed, but unlimited if you have a good boss that favors you.
Work-life balance is non-existent, so pay doesn't really scale, and vacation is a dream. Burnout is a definite promise. The culture is unprofessional. Managers are not managers; they lack professional training and, with that, are non-ethical. The work environment is hostile, with bias against ethicality.

A 30-minute introductory Zoom call with a recruiter, followed by a 2-hour in-person technical screening interview. The technical interview included four individuals of varying experience and responsibilities. The interview was divided into two 1-hour
1. Ask me about basic questions. 2. They said they would send me an email but didn't. 3. I replied to the email they had, but there was no response at all. 4. I wouldn't apply to Microsoft again.
The interview included a question on designing automatic windshield wipers. There were also three different coding rounds that featured standard LeetCode easy/medium problems. Another round focused on API design for phone number-related questions.
