University recruiting involved booking a slot and spending one hour with the recruiter. During this time, they asked background questions and presented problems for which I had to provide a solution by writing a program.

I was contacted by a recruiter from my college and then had an onsite interview in the Seattle area. They paid for my car, hotel, and other expenses. I completed five rounds of interviews, each consisting mostly of technical questions.
