In one interview, I felt disrespected because I hadn’t been given any context about the team’s work. Preparation and transparency foster fairness, confidence, and genuine collaboration during the process. I felt embarrassed.

It was a full-day interview that consisted of four sections. One of them was behavioral, and the others were technical. In general, it was a good experience. It takes approximately a month to prepare for all sections.

I was asked to answer behavioral and technical questions. The questions are not too hard, but you need to be really concentrated. I have to say that typing at least thirty words is not a good idea for this lengthy part.
