I had a 30-minute interview with a hiring manager. I briefly introduced myself. He introduced his team a little bit. Then we proceeded to a coding test. There was some time left for questions.

4 Interviews: 1 Behavioral (1 hour) 3x Technical (1 hour each) First 15 minutes is small talk. Make sure to minimize the small talk or ask to do it at the end to give yourself time for coding the solution.

It was very difficult, but nice people. Be prepared to get a lot of technical questions if you are applying for a software-related job. It's important that you know a lot of the Microsoft ecosystem.
