Excellent engineering community, a lot of support for progressive learning, great perks, comfortable offices, flexible hours, and WFH (depends on team).
Naturally, the experience varies across different teams/groups.
Satya has truly transformed the company, and there is great momentum right now. Microsoft is a force for good in the world, and they really do care about earning and keeping customers' trust.
High dependency on Redmond teams. Compensation is okay, but still not as good as other tech leaders.
Make it easier to transfer internally.
Open offices in more interesting locations in Europe.

It was a good, crisp, and to-the-chase interview. It consisted of 3 rounds, back-to-back, 45 minutes each. Round 1: OOPS Round 2: LLD Round 3: DSA coding round.
