Good pay and huge benefits, including stock options. Great office and location.
Constant pressure on results. You can't stay simply put, and this means working extra hours if you want to achieve your goals.
A lot of people are considering leaving because WFH in other countries is not allowed, even for a short period of time. This is not acceptable.
