Good company to work for
OK salary, flexible working hours, and can WFH if you discuss with the manager. In my team, most people WFH 2/5 days.
Projects can be exciting, with good work-life balance.
But there's a lot of bureaucracy that comes with being part of a large company (100k+ people), adhering to processes, etc. So, keep that in mind.
There was a salary freeze a while ago, and that's made people annoyed, as well as the pay compression between newer graduate hires and people with multiple years of experience.

It was a good, crisp, and to-the-chase interview. It consisted of 3 rounds, back-to-back, 45 minutes each. Round 1: OOPS Round 2: LLD Round 3: DSA coding round.
