Microsoft really cares about their employees. Awesome compensation and bonuses. Additional perks like reimbursement for fitness expenses and a 50% 401K match.

Cons

Annual layoffs are not performance-based. I've seen many people unexpectedly lose their jobs due to a reduction in the workforce. Job security is very low.
