Small and frequent surprise layoffs. Reorgs happen often and can sometimes be distracting. Desires of leadership can be detached from reality on the ground. Need to be highly visible in your role to get recognition, and depending on your role, that can be difficult to arrange. Experience is very team dependent.

It was a good, crisp, and to-the-chase interview. It consisted of 3 rounds, back-to-back, 45 minutes each. Round 1: OOPS Round 2: LLD Round 3: DSA coding round.
