Opportunities to work on products that impact billions of people. Lots of mobility within the company. Good network of peers. Good work-life balance. Good benefits.
Small and frequent surprise layoffs. Reorgs happen often and can sometimes be distracting. Desires of leadership can be detached from reality on the ground. Need to be highly visible in your role to get recognition, and depending on your role, that can be difficult to arrange. Experience is very team dependent.
