They don't value experience. They ask the same questions to a fresher as well as to someone with 10 years of experience. They ask questions from DS, algo, puzzles, and design. There are no questions from domain knowledge. So, cracking Microsoft is

There were three rounds: two standard DSA questions based on graphs and dynamic programming, and one behavioural question. No system design was asked as I am a fresher. The third round was with a skip-level manager, testing my fitment to the company.

There were about four rounds. One was an initial coding assessment. Those who progressed moved to further rounds. Three rounds followed, mostly focusing on DS/Algo, and one final hiring manager round.
