You preach empathy and your mission statement is to help people achieve more. But in reality, you are doing the exact opposite.

Microsoft has multiple rounds of coding related to data structures, sorting, searching algorithms, and advanced data structures. They also have a couple of rounds for system design. The process is fast and of intermediate level.
