WLB is great, but it can be team dependent. It depends on position, seniority, and responsibilities too. It can be a bit of a hit or miss, but generally, it's fine.
Org budgets are extremely low. Don't count on going out with the team or the expanded team too often (as in, maybe 2 times a year).
Project requirements can be hectic at times; changes in specs happen abruptly, but this is project and org dependent.
Some meetings must accommodate the US time zone; expect some starting at 18:00.
