Pay is good and decent in the context of the larger employment landscape. It's not the "best" compared to other companies, but stock is performing well and will continue to do so for the near future, so stock awards outperform higher-paying companies.
A good work culture exists; people are generally great to work with, and the company incentivizes collaboration and the elimination of silos.
A great experience awaits to work on large, high-scale technical challenges that few companies can rival.
Pay could be better given the company's size and performance. Raises will not compare to switching to another company for higher pay.
