Good place to work in Colombia
Compared with other tech companies hiring in Colombia and paying in COP, Microsoft is one of the best companies out there in terms of payment and benefits.
At the least, the area where I worked on was pretty chaotic, and the tech stack could be really legacy. It doesn't feel like a place to learn about innovative technologies.
