Pros

Projects can be relevant, impactful, and use new technologies. There's a lot to learn, with quite diverse stacks, some new, some very old.

Cons

Work-life balance and general morale and vibe are heavily dependent on the manager. If you get a bad manager, you will have a bad experience.
