Microsoft is fair in all aspects, from how employees are treated to vacation time and bonuses. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a career in a computer-related field.
Microsoft has a lot of employees, so it is hard to get a lot of personal attention from leading employees.
I think you should try to pay more attention to small-time employees who don't have the biggest name in the game.
