Overall good work
Good work-life balance. A lot of older people with families in the workforce help people value time outside of work. The rhythm of business is very reasonable. Quality work and opportunities to grow. Inclusive teams. Diversity could be better, but teammates are doing their best and are nice.
- Lack of transparency from leadership, especially regarding industry-wide layoffs.
- On-call rotations do not have paid overtime.
