- I don't know if it's sheer luck, or a company-wide thing, but in the vertical I am in, people are very understanding and helping.
- It's openly said and actually enforced that family and health come before work.
- You will keep on getting regular gifts and other benefits.
Sometimes, you will get multiple things on your plate that you need to deliver. So, it's very important to know the art of how and when to say 'no'. If you say no for a genuine reason, superiors will help you to get more time to deliver or get help from someone else.
