Strong engineering skills amongst peers, depending on your team. Amazing work-life balance. Managers are extremely supportive and accommodating, often times putting the human first above the job.
Rewards are flawed. They are slow to grow in the role. The company is so big it's easy to get pigeon-holed into a useless product/team.

The process started with a recruiter, then the hiring manager. It was a very smooth process. I wish I had studied more fundamentals and LeetCode problems beforehand. The interviewer was professional and courteous. I hope I get another chance.
