Pros

Great place to work. Some specific teams are under more pressure, but on the whole, there is a great work/life balance.

There's an "always learning" mentality, with monthly days of learning and annual hackathons.

People are amazing. They take care in who they hire, which leads to a cohesive workplace.

Flexible working hours with no current return-to-office (RTO) in place.

Cons

If you end up on a stressful team, the politics of a company this size becomes clear.

No international work benefit.

Less money than other similar-sized big tech firms in the area.
