Many very intelligent, skilled professionals to learn from. State-of-the-art technology stack to work with. Stocks. Beautiful office. Opportunities for migration within the company, even abroad.
Too many political games (blame games, abusing power, political overcorrectness, imposing company values).
Work on lower positions is often not interesting (frequently thrown out the window).
On-call work is not well-paid and goes against work-life balance.
Some coworkers become over-competitive, going over "dead" bodies.
