Great work-life balance (I am never expected to work more than 8 hours a day), individual offices (although this is quickly changing in the newer buildings), and amazing benefits.
Middle management isn't the best. A lot of my projects feel like they are just catering to some director's whim.
Also, there is a strong sentiment that showing some data, even if it is bad, dirty, or incomplete, is better than showing no data. I fundamentally disagree with this.
Actually make data-driven decisions. Stop trying to show bad information for the sake of showing something.
