Decent, but could use a lot of improvement

Pros

Good work-life balance (at least most of the time). While there is a lot of bureaucracy, the company and the managers do care about the company's image. They usually won't do or say anything that would be considered outright evil and outrageous (unlike Amazon).

Cons

Stack ranking is still here even though they no longer advertise it (there is no more bucket 1-5 or 20-70-10).

I feel the company lacks direction.

Products/feature designs are not focused.

The brand name is not very hot; they are turning around a little bit (but is it enough?).

Senior management only cares about short-term gain and lacks any kind of vision.

The CEO cares more about cost-cutting than solving problems or innovating.

Advice to Management

We need to do more to excite employees, whether it's better pay and benefits or investing in more exciting products and innovation to rejuvenate the brand.
