Pros

Great perks, insurance is better than most, looks great on your resume.

Cons

Absolutely ZERO work/life balance. 60-80 hours per week is standard. The review system is a popularity contest in which if you aren't the winner, then you are likely the loser.

Advice to Management

Hire more devs and testers to unburden your devs from these new, horrible expectations. Then retire and let brighter people with families run the company. You are running it into the ground.
