Ability to transform the world - the scale at which things happen here and the possibility of affecting millions of people is only possible in a handful of companies.
Incompetent middle management that has lost touch with the ground level ICs. Lots of money to throw around on bad PM ideas, supporting those ideas instead of culling them at an initial level. This means bad designs, and that often doesn't work well end to end.
Get rid of a bunch of middle management who only care about spreadsheets and TFS.
