Pros
  • No RTO mandate. Many employees work full-time remote.
  • Unlimited PTO that's taken generously.
  • Healthy WLB.
  • Relaxed policy on contributing to open-source projects or working on side projects.
  • Relatively bottom-up. If you have an idea, you're encouraged to build it and see if it works.
  • Great campus with regular events and lots of things to do.
  • Health insurance is great.
Cons
  • Layoffs. There have been regular layoffs since 2022.

  • The additional stock given each year is not as much as at FAANG companies. After 4 years, your total compensation goes down because your yearly stock refreshes won't keep up with your initial stock grant.
