Good culture: people want to help each other, and it isn't hyper-competitive.
Decent diversity: still a boys' club in some places, but getting better and better at supporting women, POC, etc.
- Some organizational issues.
- Deadlines are tight and not always well managed.
- Lots of processes and overhead to getting anything done.
- Pay isn't great.
