Great company culture and growth opportunities
Excellent opportunities for pursuing and gaining mentorship. In my org, managers are more aware of unconscious biases and proactive about protecting employees.
Career growth can sometimes get stagnated by less than interesting work that has more business impact.
We need budget back for hiring. I would much rather have more flexibility at my job than minor on-campus perks.
