Great benefits, but not easy to change roles
- Medical/dental benefits are great.
- Large campus.
- So many different teams to choose from if you want to stay.
- Hard to move within the company; almost the same number of interviews as with external candidates.
- Promotions are extremely political, especially within Azure.
- No salary increase in 2023.
Make it easier to stay!
