Great company overall. Great benefits and work-life balance on most teams.
Azure is absolutely brutal. So much work.
Very hard to transfer to an easier team.
If you apply to Microsoft, make sure you're not applying to Azure.
It's proprietary software. Anything you learn will most likely not be useful elsewhere.
Allow Azure employees to more easily transfer out. Since they work more hours, give them more rewards.
