Salary was good, and my team was talented.
Working at MS was very stressful. I developed stress-induced medical issues and had to quit.
My org was explicitly told they weren't allowed to hire any more white or Asian men, only women and/or Black/Hispanic.
If you truly value diversity, you wouldn't be pushing out men, whites & Asians, and conservatives. You're trading one narrow view for another.
