Nice benefits and work environment with peers.

Cons

Career growth as a woman is terrible. I see my coworkers get promoted and get told "bogus" reasons why I don't get promoted, even though I work on more impactful projects and do more work than my male peers.

Value your employees, particularly the women in your organization.
