The job feels fairly secure. There are lots of teams to move to if you wanted to. Based on others' experiences, it seems like it could be a good spot to coast if that's your thing.
Lots of red tape and bureaucracy, so things move slowly. Promotions are dependent on managers, which can be a hit or miss.
