Engineering roles are the best at Microsoft. Pay could be better, but the overall work environment makes up for it.
Don't work in Microsoft Consulting Services.
That group is full of fat-belly management who rip off their customers and charge exorbitant rates.
It's the laughing stock in Microsoft.
I worked there to get through the door and regretted every minute of it. I was on the verge of quitting.
