Was not placed in a position that was suited for me. As an undergrad, I was given a project meant for a grad student and delivered it, but I was not given an offer because I wasn't a grad student. I wasn't set up for success at all.
My mentor was very condescending and made microaggressions towards me the entire internship. I brought it up to the recruiter, and all she did was say I was strong for enduring it, with no help provided.
Two rounds: 1 technical for 45 min. Asked DSA questions like valid parentheses and peak element, then optimized using binary search. 1 hr 45 min. Asked about projects and leadership questions.
Very straightforward, two back-to-back thirty-minute technical interviews that had a combination of LeetCode easy and medium questions, along with some behavioral questions that were sprinkled in there.
I interviewed for a Software Engineer Intern position at Microsoft. The first round was an online assessment that tested problem-solving and coding skills. Although I performed decently, I didn’t advance to the next stage.
