Cons

Another company pays you, so your name will have the company logo on every communication channel.

You will have an e-mail showing you're not a full-time employee.

If you're lucky, you'll get your manager's 5-year-old PC when they get $20k ones. You won't be able to access many links or systems.

Although you work 40 hours a week just like anyone else, you won't be invited to offsites.

You won't do any HR training, so you don't know the company's guidelines.

You won't get a bonus or stocks, and you'll hear your colleagues talk about that incessantly.

Advice to Management

I understand the need for temporary employees. What I don't understand is why you discriminate against them so much that they can't stay half a breath without thinking about it. We are people, passionate about tech and about your company, which we try to do our best for.
