Long, difficult, but well thought out. They did a great job of digging down into the actual details of my background and experience. I didn't get an offer, but it was a good process.

You are in a group with 30-50 other people and called by name for each interview. There were four interviews, each 45 minutes long. You are then taken on a small tour to their employee store and given a card to use for lunch on site.
