Average interview experience. They asked a few questions for which I had not yet completed the courses (I am one year out from graduation). There was an on-campus interview that was pretty standard, and an in-person interview with three rounds.

A recruiter approached me for an upcoming hiring event. They asked me to take a code assessment, and the interview process would continue from that point.

Microsoft interviews are challenging yet rewarding. They focus on tech fundamentals and problem-solving. Prepare algorithms, data structures, and practice coding. Lots of LeetCode. Show your passion for tech. Good luck!
