Nice work-life balance.
Slow career advancement and growth.
There is a total of 4 rounds: First, resume shortlisting. Then, coding. Followed by 3 rounds of interviews: 1. The first of them was complete DSA and CS fundamentals. 2. The next was only DSA. 3. The last one was an HR round.
I applied on the website and was contacted by a recruiter. There were a couple of technical phone screens followed by an onsite in Redmond, which had five rounds, including a lunch with an interviewer.
The process included 5 stages. Four of these were technical, and one was an HR phase. Overall, the process was quite quick and clear. However, one interview lasted almost a full day at their offices.
